Background & Leadership
President Eduardo Roque is a seasoned law enforcement professional with over 33 years of service with the City of Miami Police Department. His expertise spans various critical areas, including Digital Evidence Recovery and Analysis, making him a recognized leader in the field.
He is a Graduate of the Southeast Florida Institute of Criminal Justice, with advanced certifications in Ocean System Digital Evidence Forensics, Resolution Video Digital Evidence Recovery, Special Security Operations, and Emergency Response to Terrorism & Crisis Management. Furthermore, his knowledge and expertise extend to handling Active Shooter situations and providing Crisis Management strategies.
With his wealth of experience and commitment to security, President Roque has led ERSC to deliver unmatched services to both private and corporate clients.
